Notes
Long run with 6 x 30 second strides. Felt mostly good, but the pickups were a challenge. The flu is going around my house and I felt pretty awful earlier in the day. I barely ate before going out for this run and was pretty weak afterward. I might take tomorrow off to recover from sickness.
