22 minutes easy with strides, 6 x 1200 meters @ tempo pace with 1 minute rest, 22 minutes easy. Splits were 3:41, 3:50, 3:51, 3:54, 3:55, 3:57. Ran with Antonio and went out with him on the first one. It was much faster than I thought and too fast for my legs after the weekend. Struggled the rest of the way.49
