21 minutes easy with strides, 3-2-2-1 (5:15-5:10s for 3, 5:05-5:00s for 2s, fast as I can go for the one) with five minutes of on/off jogging recovery, 33 minutes easy. Good workout on the limestone at Heritage Trail in Dubuque. Felt like I could have done more. I was disappointed with the last mile as I thought it was going to be 4:50. Splits were 15:38, 10:19, 10:16, 5:00.
