16 minutes easy with strides, 8 x 1200 tempo (3:55-4:00) with 1 minute jog recovery, 16 minutes easy. Legs felt tired, but overall pretty good. I actually got some deep sleep last night. Splits were 3:56, 3:55, 3:54, 3:52, 3:52, 3:51, 3:53, 3:53.
