Coldest weather I ran in for quite a while - as I transcribe those results - my lungs did not appear to be affected, just a slight itch. Not fast though it started good, I guess the cold did take its tole... Did mostly same run as the 3rd Nov, but instead of turning at Page, I kept going to Orléans and then JeanneDarc and continued to Innes (vice DesÉpinettes) and that point instead of leftside/face Wind, I had the Wind full updraft... quite fairly cold but just the tip of my nose, the rest of me was still running....
