Not sure why I only ran 11K.. I did some weight trng afterward about 45 mins... I think!!! Weird according to nikeband --
18.05km - 4:27 pace 1:20:23 chrono -- Not sure what happened looks like I forgot to marked the end of the run on my cheat sheet... It was a very good race and I felt no pain in my right thigh just slight twitch toward the end.
I did do some workout as I Watch the end of the hockey game but hell if I remember...
