Between period did the 300 workout for the intermission duration at a quick pace. 1st period did mostly all exercises, did change the box stop one... Same for second period and then I quit and quietly enjoy the 3rd period for recuperation...
nikeband = 16.1k \ 1:15:35 \ 4:41pace... I must have done a quick run for cooldown but not start my nikeband... oops!
