This was an aerobic run. I played a bit with foot landing as I felt some landing shock in my shin muscles. I think my form is degrading. After being shod for so long, I need some warmer weather for some remedial barefoot work. My legs felt a bit dead, leaden. Perhaps this is due to the extra 3 hrs/day (M-Th) spent at work and less sleep than normal. The numbers were a pleasant surprise as this is likely my fastest 5K so far and, until the end, my HR was well within my 140-161 bpm target HR range.
