This was a strides workout (4x90m) with warmup and cool down jogs. HRV indicated go this morning, though resting HR was up +9 over normal. I concentrated on relaxed runs this time. Max pace was down, at 5:15, but so was max HR, at 156 bpm, and max cadence, at 216.
