walk. Wore old NB 991. They felt quite heavy. I had forgotten how much heel lift they have. Some ice on the path beside the lake. I needed to detour into the grass several times. It's getting ready to snow. Some snow/ice crystals fell during the walk and blew around. I had a little trouble keeping HR down during warm up.
