Notes
This was a warm up, eight two minute intervals, and a cool down. I had some difficulty keeping an even pace. This was partly due to my quads still being tired from the hill repeats. For a while, my inner left thigh felt like it was about to cramp. After a while, it gradually eased up. At 36F, it is starting to get much colder. I will need to start adding more layers. Being in the dark again didn't help any either. It's that season again.
