This was a walk in the mist in my Skora Form. It wasn't as much mist as yesterday, but it had more wind behind it. I didn't realize how much wind until I got home and saw a branch now laying in the driveway. For this workout, I tried to see if I could exceed my 135 MAF HR just by walking as I had been able to do long ago. I missed it by seven bpm. I guess that's good. I wonder if I could have pushed harder/higher if my legs were in better shape. A burn/pain played pong in my right leg between my knee and my ankle. I wonder why it moves around so much. On my left leg, it stayed fairly constant in the calf, though gradually diminishing over time. It got a bit of a break when I encountered an little off-leash yip dog and needed it make sure it didn't bite the back of my ankles. When I did my eccentric calf raises afterwards, my calves and achilles were super tight. I may have discovered the cause my my skin turning red. It wasn't the herring snack or being barefoot. My wife had changed detergents. Evidently, Tide Free reacts with my sweat to cause a rash where regular Tide did not.
