Notes
This was a 2x3x70m strides workout with warm up and cool down jogs. I tried to concentrate on engaging glutes and hamstrings during support phase in hopes it would lower cadence without hurting speed. The cadence was a little lower, though still much higher than 180, but the pace was slower also. Though I have never played it, the thought of Angry Birds came to mind. I wonder if this pace/cadence imbalance could be as simple as my mass overcoming strength and limiting my trajectory.
