I wore my NB MT110 for this strides workout. I did an easy jog along the path by the lake, up and across the boat ramp, some skips, some leg swings, and 3x90m strides. This time, instead of concentrating just on a fast cadence, I concentrated on power of push off. My HR hit 183 on the first run, 13 over the top of my target range, and my right quad is a bit sore now. There was insufficient relaxation in the run. The result was slightly slower in both cadence and pace, hitting 230 cadence and 5:27 pace. I did a slow jog back home to cool down.
