Notes
This was a nice barefoot aerobic run. I tried to keep my cadence up closer to 180 and, according to Garmin, I managed a 172 average. That's higher than my average shod cadence, but not quite to where it should be. I had done some single leg bridge exercises earlier today, which tired the running muscles a little more than usual. But, I found my float again. That was cool. Near the end of the run, after turning down the street towards my house, I played a little with extending my legs to the rear using the glutes and hamstrings more. It felt like I was floating a little before the other foot gently landed. That felt really neat. But, my HR was up and I had to cut the play short. I hope I can find this float again for my strides workout on Thursday.
