Tried to ramp up HR better and longer during warm up. Near the end of warm up, my calves/achilles started aching a little. It subsided much quicker this time. It had snowed a foot a couple of days ago and there were still many areas of sidewalk covered. I wore my Vivo Barefoot Lesotho and YaxTrax again, but broke some traction wires on both YaxTrax.
