Notes

The Workout was overall a great workout. I was very exhausted from it. it did not fell like absolutely terrible until on the M-Pace back we got a little past the children museum. After then I hit a huge wall, and my legs were feeling it then.

You are ready to bust one this coming Saturday!! The course is flat and fast. You have worked your tail off for four years. It's time the State knows who Wylie Anderson is. If you dig deep from 1.75 - 2.5 miles, I know you can run under 15:40.
