Notes

This workout did not feel great, but i mentally prepared well the night before for what was to come. The really annoying thing was that the hill was overcrowded on the top of the hill at one point, and it was at the base of the hill when everyone else was done but groups one and two. When I finished I left for Walgreen's for Gatorade and chocolate milk since most of the chocolate milk was drunk and there was no more Gatorade either. I also went home for my after Blackwell meal since I could not find any food after I finished.
