pretty solid long run - i procrastinated for forever on actually getting it done, and so ended up having to run half of it in the rain [which i actually enjoyed, haha]. it was basically a combination of 2 of my night run routes, which was great because i ran past my apartment around the halfway point for a much needed bathroom/water break.
nothing too special, just a standard long run. didn't feel amazing, didn't feel bad, just kind of went with it. mentally, doing two routes i already knew was good. it also is so much less "scary" doing these long runs when i know i've done them before!
