nothing too exciting, standard easy/recovery run. my legs felt like crap for the first couple of miles but things loosened up after that which was nice. didn't feel like i was really putting in any effort, just cruising along. stretch & foam rolled after, followed by 15 minute power abs & 45 minutes yoga class @ CSC. good stuff.
