wow...so...i have been running my long runs really fast this training cycle...like, faster than my marathon pace at baystate fast. so that's pretty sweet. i guess technically i could be running easier, but as long as my legs are feeling good i usually just go for it...so...yeah. this was a pretty solid run - my legs actually felt REALLY strong through like 2:15, then the pain set in. running on the charles was a really nice change of scenery and i think the long straight sections helped me find a rhythm. had some fruit snacks around mile 10, stopped at a finagle bagel for water around 13. not much stopping other than that. glad its done, as usual with LRs, but feel much better afterwards than last week
