eh, ok tempo. i felt pretty good and was a little under 7 for the first mile, and then just went rapidly downhill. adductors were really tight, lungs still aren't all there, and i was just absurdly hot. did a 5K and then started a second, but it didn't go well and i only got through 1000 before my hips tightened up and stopped.
