haha oh goodness, sometimes i love tom. so the workout for this evening was "tom rolls 2 dice. whatever number you get, you multiply x 100 and run that interval. yaaaay!" it appears 7s were lucky for our group (and thank the lord we never rolled a 12)...let's just say i haven't felt that lactic acid burn in awhile and it was out in full force tonight. enjoying the 6:00 flat overall pace for the reps :P
