ok - workout was 2 x [10 x 300 @ mystery cruise pace with 100 m recoveries, but constant running]
right around 1:09-1:10 for all of the 300s (~6:10 pace) - SUPER consistent, and the recoveries were easy obviously. and i. felt. GREAT!!!!! absolutely had a blast and felt super strong. 100% awesome. half mile jog recovery b/w sets.
