boston marathon training begins

planned: 6 miles easy

did: 6.35 miles easy

really, REALLY didn't want to go running, but after procrastinating for an hour making a pretty color coded training calender, finally did. felt good, no issues. god it feels good to run without constantly freaking out about my knee. quads felt a little tight from strength training yesterday, to be expected i guess. training run #1 - DONE
