kind of a progression run, during which my 5 mile easy run turned into this because i turned the WRONG WAY down the right street. pretty much goes to show how awful my sense of direction is, lol. little slower than i would have liked but definitely felt like i was opening up my stride/running faster the last 3 miles or so. also, weather custom made for meee. boom.
