2 x 15 minutes @ half marathon pace...clearly, i was going faster than HM pace which doesn't surprise me at all because i always do that on these sorts of workouts.
interval 1: 2.07 miles @ 15:00 - 7:15 pace
interval 2: 2.2 miles @ 15:32- 7:03 pace
i in general i felt pretty strong - stronger than expected for sure. the paces might be a little off due to questionable mapping but i bet they're pretty close. i definitely pushed a bit harder on the second set [and there were a few nice downhills :)] 2 minutes easy recovery between the sets. nice way to get to work!
