so. that happened. i wrote a blog post about how i needed to BELIEVE that i could be fast again. and then it was raining so i decided that i would do some 5 minute cruise intervals. and then this happened. that is 4 cruise intervals, PLUS "easy" running in between each (and maybe 8 min before i decided to do a workout)
1st interval - didn't pay attention to streets, pace unknown
2nd - 0.85 miles/5:53 pace (HOLY. SHIT.)
3rd - 0.77 miles/6:30 pace
4the - 0.77 miles/6:30 pace (impressive consistency, i must say)
dear lord. i can't believe that just happened. or should i say i believed it could? ;)
