felt good on this, legs felt strong and mentally was just more focused than i have been lately. L SI joint area and something in my L calf were tweaky but for the most part that subsided after the first couple miles. didn't mean to do it, but bounced back and forth between 7:34ish and 7:55ish every other mile. i guess not a bad workout from that standpoint...tomorrow will likely be rough, oh well.
