didn't feel that great at the beginning of the run - my legs are still getting used to the mileage jump and my quads & right achilles were sore. warmed up after a couple miles though and felt better - pretty good pace even though i was running on packed snow for about 2 miles [probably should have taken it easier, oh well] knee was fine. i was alone on the reservoir and it was gorgeous and still - one of the things i love about winter running.
