this was completely freaking awesome. felt just light, strong, perfection. and i saw an adorable fox scratching its ear by a tree!
technically was a fartlek (with the power hour mix, haha), 2 min on/3 min off. my guess is the "on" was in the 6:20 pace range and the off was 7:15-7:20...more like tempo with some pickups thrown in. baller.
