ok - obviously the distances are not 100% exact. when i mapped out the distance i got somewhere between .25 and .31, since i ran slightly longer/shorter on some intervals i just kind of averaged it. the average around 7:00 miles sounds about right for the effort i was running.

anyway - the workout! 6 x 2:00 hills @ 10K pace. obviously, this is not my 10k pace [although maybe it COULD be!] i wanted to do the workout on heartbreak hill, but as i said in warmup, i missed it somehow haha. the hill i ended up on wasn't super steep but it was a steady incline that leveled off a little at the end. felt really good with the exception of some slight stomach issued, which were solved by the miraculous porta potty that HAPPENED to be at the top of the hill. legs felt really strong.
