Notes
this was supposed to be 2 miles @ half marathon pace...don't really know what that means since last time i ran a half it was 8:18 pace...obvi not what i would run now. claire looked it up, apparently should have been ~7:20, but i guess this works too? distance is kind of an approximation but it was definitely over 2 miles, may have even been more than i estimated for all i know...oh, and we ran outside. in SHORTS!!
