HOLY FUCKING SHIT.

that's about all i have to say about this workout. i had NO idea that i had this in me. i was totally dreading the workout all day [to be honest i've been dreading it ever since i put it on the calendar a month ago] and procrastinated for awhile, then thought about backing out and delaying it until later in the week. but i knew i wanted to do it outside, not on a TM, and i knew that this reservoir is about a mile around [added ~50-100 meters onto each interval to make SURE it was a mile]. all of the snow melted on monday, but it's going to get cold again tomorrow so i figured i had a limited window to get it done without ice on the res...so off i went.

i felt strong, fast, and amazing. i have no idea how i even pulled this out. my main issue was snot getting caught in my throat and making it hard to breath..which is not anything fitness related haha. i'm going to be SORE tomorrow but dear lord...this had to be one of the best workouts i've done in recent memory.
