82 degrees at 9:30 am. someone kill me please. this was the worst run i've been on in recent memory, between the unbearable heat and humidity, my legs being tired from 9 hours on my feet + 5 miles at 10 pm last night, and extreme dehydration, i felt like death. i survived mostly thanks to the fact that nicole didn't leave me behind the several times i had to stop to keep from just keeling over. slow, slow, slow...bah. UGH i hate summer.
