Bluenose Marathon 10k race. Ate light breakfast of bagel and banana at 6:30AM, 3 hours before race time, so no major stitches to complain about. Climbing bridge to Dartmouth felt easier than expected, although on way back into wind it felt much harder and I had to stop and walk for over a minute. Fans and music (bands) were very motivating. A great event. No knee pain to speak of! Happy with time, although it obviously could have been quicker without the walk break. Didn't feel like I was pushing super hard ever, although if I had been I might have burned out - tough call. (used BLT 10k course just for convenience sake)
