Sprint Tri
MBG - felt tired, hard work. Swim didn't feel good. Didn't get a rhythm, difficult sighting. On the bike my legs felt tired and heavy. Couldn't get out of wettie!!! Run felt best, just got into a rhythm and worked at it. Provisional reaults:
Swim - 20:29
Bike - 50:42 (includes both transitions)
Run - 26:49
Overall - 1:38.01
