MBG - too cold to go out on bike this morning so did simulated hills on trainer. Biggest gear for 10mins x 3 with 5min easy recovery. Forgot to put on HR monitor though. Took HR during and seemed to get into range I usually do. Felt it was as good as could be for simulation pushed hard through the 10mins with consistent cadence.

3 x stromlo in big chain ring. Stay in aero. go for 10 mins then roll back down. Go as far as you can - try go further each time
