Forgot to switch watch to intervals so just on 5km intervals.
Mechanical at start - chain off - didn't stop Garmin.
Heart rate doesn't look at though it's high - never is a high as when I'm running - but I did push until rain too heavy and road slippery. Still a wee bit cautious!
