easy workout today, hip felt pretty decent durning the workout itself, but it got real bad during the cool down so I ended up cutting it short. Ran kinda fast on the 1st one and the 2nd 8 was a touch slow, so it works out in the end. The 200's were the same story too fast to start be kinda on the slow side at the end.
