Not a bad race, scored 3 points so that was good, my pacing was pretty face off. I averaged 85, but I was all over the place from 90 down to 77 at the start, got to get the pace under control. Defiantly went out to fast, and lost it, the a Salem state guy picked me up for about a mile and some but i wasn't able to hold and off and when he pasted me I lost it again. Picked back up for the last 2 miles. Next time I run it will defiantly focus much more on pacing myself properly.
