Snow Day Duel meet with St. Francis. Had a good group in the 3k and we had like 4 or 5 guys together running 35s. I took the first 800 in 2:20 then Bando took over with Tommy and Jasper. Just worked with Tommy as the pace picked up and we ended up having like 5 guys between 8:40-8:44 with finch at 8:31 and a couple other guys dipping under 9 so great team running. Kick wasn't quite there today and legs were a little pace-locked but its that time of year so no complaints. Solid race and good PR.
