Smaller group this morning. Did most of this with Zach and Josh. Josh had some crazy hot takes so Zach and I had to put him in his place. Made the time pass though. Added on a library loop before 4x150s, hurdle drills, and core. Good to actually go slow on a recovery day. The first 5 miles we probably averaged like 7:30 pace but opened up towards the end and felt great.
