Notes

Started off the run and felt very comfortable. About mile 6 my stomach started to feel hungry. I hadn't eaten before the run. I've done pretty well not eating before my 4:00 morning runs. I pushed through the hunger and I was fine. About mile 7 my water bottle ran out. I decided to take a stop and refill. I ended up refilling twice once again at mile 10. Mile 12 I started to feel the effects of my lack of running. I was able to push through and felt fine afterwards. The good news is I feel better than I did last week on my Saturday run. I think part of the problem last week was the temp in the house. This morning it was 62 degrees and the furnace didn't kick on until 5:30. Last week the house was already up to 67 degrees which made it more uncomfortable on the TM.
