Notes

My legs felt tired because I moved dirt and rock for 4 hours the previous day. I started out the first 8 miles hitting it pretty strong around a 7:20 pace. By the time I started in on 9 the wind and my pace began to wear on me. I was suppose to do 19 but it took all I could to finish off 17. I was both hungry and fatigued. Overall good run just need to work on endurance.
