Notes
Ok, so thinking back on the night before had a good dinner. Spaghetti and had just relaxed throughout the day and worked on analysis. I was well hydrated going into Sunday too. Sunday morning got up and had my bowl of oatmeal and felt a little hungry still but avoided eating additional food. I realized Monday afternoon the one big difference between this race and my previous Chicago races I had peanut butter and crackers and a big glass of water before my races. I may want to incorporate that back into my regimen. The fatigue I felt at mile 8 and 9 felt like a heaviness in my legs which is strange considering the past couple weeks of training were light. It could be a combination of still weighing 190#s plus I took a gu pack at mile 6. Not sure if that was a wise thing to do. I took in water at almost every water stop from mile 8 forward.
