Notes

I chose to run the 6 mile out and back just to avoid having to place water. As I set out I targetted and set a good pace. There were a couple times where my pace drop to a 7:55-8min pace. I pulled it back up and started to push. I could tell coming into the end of the 13th mile I was loosing steam. Mile 14 was a wash. I ended up walking for a bit and then pulled it back some during the second half of 14 (8:52). I still lost time. Mile 15 was slow (8:23) but I found I was able to hang on to finish.
