Notes

I felt pretty good during this run. I decided to crank up the speed during the second mile and then proceeded to step it up during the 3rd and 4th mile. Mile 3 was closer to 6:15-6:30 pace. By the end of 4 my legs were feeling the faster pace but felt good.
