beautiful cool sunny morning on the trails
hilly run from Kenny & Zuke's to Leif, Nature, Wildwood, Macleay and back
good clip most of the way, especially at the end with Dane and Hunter; faster than I do most of my long runs
did some jogging for a photo shoot afterwards
