very hilly 6-mile warmup, from the coffee shop up Wildwood to Alder trail and down Alder to Leif
then ran 6 miles at marathon pace, from 1.5 mile mark on Leif to 4.5 and then back to 1.5
first three miles of the tempo was gradual uphill rollers, then gradual downhill rollers for the second three
splits: 6:36, 6:46, 6:47, 6:40, 6:42, 6:34
easy run back to the coffee shop with Grant and Noreen, about 3.25 miles or so
